FYS Flowers has three convenient locations in the UAE: one in Sharjah and two in Dubai. Each store offers a wide selection of fresh flowers. You can visit any of our locations to explore our collection in person or place an order online.

Yes, you can place an order as a gift for someone else. During checkout, you can specify the recipient’s details for delivery and include a personalized message with your flowers. Delivery Information

Currently, we only offer delivery services in Dubai and Sharjah. We are continuously looking to expand our delivery areas, so stay tuned for future updates!

At FYS Flowers, we aim to provide affordable delivery options while ensuring the best care for your flowers. Orders above 300 AED come with free delivery, making it easier for you to send beautiful gifts without extra costs. For orders below 300 AED, a delivery charge of 50 AED applies. Our goal is to offer convenient and reliable delivery options to suit every need.

We ensure your flowers arrive fresh and on time, according to the specified time slots. Orders placed before 9 AM will be delivered between 10 AM and 2 PM. Orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered between 2 PM and 6 PM, and orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered between 6 PM and 9 PM. On Sundays, orders placed before 1 PM will be delivered between 2 PM and 9 PM. If there are any changes to the delivery schedule, our team will contact you promptly.

If you need a special delivery outside of our standard hours, please contact our customer service to discuss arrangements. While we have specific delivery windows, we will do our best to accommodate special requests when possible.

Yes, you can schedule your delivery for any future date. During checkout, simply select the date you'd like the flowers to be delivered. Our team will ensure your flowers arrive on the specified day, and we'll make every effort to meet your delivery preferences.

Yes, we offer tracking services for your delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number to follow the status of your delivery in real time. If you need further assistance with tracking, our customer service team is available to help.

Order and Payment

Yes, we offer the option of cash on delivery for your convenience. A 20 AED cash on delivery charge applies to all orders using this payment method. This allows you to pay at the time of delivery in case you prefer not to pay online. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready for a smooth transaction.
